DID YOU KNOW...
Airborne mildew particles can cause numerous health risks, including asthma, chronic nasal drip, and various infections.
Mildew is a type of mold fungus that is found particularly in warm, humid environments. It grows in dark cracks and crevices behind the exterior siding of the house. Pressure washing not only separates seals from windows, it breaks down seams and weakens the vinyl or wood siding. The use of pressure pushes mildew and water back up into the cracks and behind the wooden fascia board, creating extra moisture which, over time, rots the wood and creates an ideal environment for mildew to breed. The solutions we use are sprayed on to soak into the seams and kill mildew at its root. These solutions are harmless to plant wildlife. Finishing with a light water rinse washes off any excess solution on the exterior while still allowing the agent to kill the mildew root in the crevices underneath the siding.
SO WHY WAIT??? MILDEW DOESN'T!!!
It just keeps growing...
